Good Morning and Happy Saturday!

This is Ann and this is my journey with thyroid cancer. Yesterday, I took the next step of my journey. I went back to my biological dentist and started having the mercury removed from my mouth. You can see part of the process I went through in the above video, "Mercury Filling Removal Dangers" . It was painless, but a little time consuming. I was at the dentist for over 2 hours, and he only did 4 teeth! I'm so glad I'm having this done and believe it is important to my overall health. It's a bit expensive, but insurance will cover some of the cost. In the end, I'm hoping for a big payoff - the conclusion of this journey! Please take a look at the videos and article above. I strongly believe we should not be putting mercury in our teeth, and I think dentists should let us know about the choices we have. I plan to encourage my family and friends not to have mercury fillings, especially young children. Our teeth are a huge link to our health and mercury is a toxin. If there are other choices, and there are, don't use mercury.

I hope you find this interesting and helpful. For now, wishing you health and happiness!
